Shareholder Communication Policy

Plans for dialogue activities are discussed with the representative director, CFO and director in charge of investor relations before proceeding. For analysts and institutional investors, we arrange meetings to explain financial results, small meetings and individual meetings as appropriate. The contact point is the person in charge of IR, and based on the shareholder's wishes and the purpose of the meeting, senior management, directors and others meet with the shareholder and take appropriate action within reasonable limits. The IR department is in charge of shareholder relations and the dialogue is conducted in compliance with the Fair Disclosure Rules. The opinions of shareholders obtained through dialogue are reported to the Board of Directors.

  • The results of dialogue activities with shareholders, reports to the Board of Directors and actions taken are published on the company's website and are regularly updated.
  • We have established the disclosure policy,  which is published on our website.

Communication of Results

Every six months, our Representative Director and President, CFO, and the Director of IR present and hold a briefing session to explain management strategies and business results to our shareholders and investors when the financial results for the second quarter and full year are released.
As part of our efforts to encourage constructive communication, we are working to create more opportunities for one-on-one meetings with shareholders and investors, such as resuming in-person meetings with investors.

Reports to the Board of Directors and Acting on Them

The opinions of shareholders communicated to us are reported to the Board of Directors once every six months.
