SIGMAXYZ supported the SAKURA Project undertaken by Japan Airlines to make sweeping reforms of core IT systems that had been used for 50 years. These included: the PMO team; the team that defined the system requirements and arranged operations for departments that used the system (such as airports and call centers); the team that carried out the preparations for the departments that used the system; and the team that conducted the conversion work in order to promote the project together with the customers.
